Payments – All Payments Received are to be in AUD (Australian Dollars)

All payments for all Tutū Kiwi online courses are in AUD and are non refundable with the exception of valid 30-day Guarantee requests, as per below.

The Tutū Kiwi 30 Day Guarantee: If you are not happy with the Tutū Kiwi online courses, you must make contact via email within the first 30 days after your initial purchase.  Please advise your name, course purchased and the date your purchased the course.

The 30 Day Guarantee applies only to Tutū Kiwi online courses in AUD. To claim the 30-day Guarantee, purchasers must email contact@tutukiwi.com.au within the first 30 days after initial purchase.

Printable or digital designs:  Due to the nature of the printables and digital designs there are no refunds applied for these items purchased due to a change of mind or user error.   However if the item is deemed to be faulty or not as described please make contact via email to contact@tutukiwi.com.au.  The items purchased will be assessed and if found faulty, a refund or replacement will be offered.
